Legal Guidelines

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before applying to or enrolling in our game development bootcamp. By accessing our materials or submitting an application, you agree to these conditions.

Section 01

Admissions & Enrollment

Acceptance into our game development bootcamp is at the sole discretion of our admissions team. We review every application based on technical foundation, creative drive, and commitment to the learning process.

Upon acceptance, we will provide a formal enrollment agreement. Your seat in the upcoming cohort is only secured once the initial deposit or full tuition payment is completed as specified in that agreement.

Section 02

Tuition & Refunds

All tuition fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your admission packet. We offer multiple financing paths, including upfront payments and approved installment plans designed to support your transition into a new career.

If you need to withdraw from the program before the official start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable application processing fee. Refunds requested after the curriculum begins are prorated based on the percentage of the program completed, up to a strict maximum threshold. Beyond that point, no refunds will be issued.

Section 03

Code of Conduct

We maintain a rigorous and highly collaborative studio environment. All students, instructors, and staff are expected to treat one another with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to dismiss any student who violates this code of conduct without a refund. This ensures a safe, focused, and productive workspace for the entire cohort as they build and ship their projects.

Section 04

Intellectual Property

The code, 3D assets, and playable games you create during your time at the academy belong entirely to you. We strongly encourage you to build your portfolio, publish your work, and show it to future employers.

However, the curriculum materials, internal tools, lecture recordings, and proprietary platforms provided by the academy remain our exclusive property. You may not distribute, reproduce, or sell our educational materials to external parties.
